What does coaching cost?
Coaching at Seek is a professional, pay-per-service offering. As your coach, we bring years of education, experience, and training to support your growth in meaningful ways.
Just as you would invest in any specialized service, investing in coaching reflects the value of the insight, care, and guidance you'll receive. My goal is always to make that investment worthwhile—and transformative—for you. Coaching is an investment in your growth, clarity, and well-being and like any meaningful investment, it’s designed to support real, lasting change.
Session pricing varies depending on the level of support you choose. Post-session maintenance sessions range from $75 to $100, based on length and structure. For those ready to dive deeper, our multi-session Coaching Packages offer the greatest value and long-term benefit, financially and personally.
To ensure accessibility, we offer Sliding-Scale options and a Pay-It-Forward Scholarship for those experiencing financial hardship. Your journey matters, and there’s a way forward that respects your needs and the value of this work.
Explore your options on our Coaching Packages page, and choose the level of support that fits your journey.
Do you offer packages or single sessions?
Yes. You can start with a single clarity session or commit to a package for deeper, sustained growth. Package options vary in length and include optional tools and resources. We’ll talk through what fits your goals best during your first call.
Is your site secure so that I can make payment online?
While Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching is not governed by financial industry regulations, Seek is committed to maintaining the highest standards of client security. All payments for services are processed through a fully encrypted website, ensuring that financial information remains protected and confidential. This reflects our ongoing dedication to professionalism, trust, and client care.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
All coaching services are non-refundable. When you book a session or package, you are reserving dedicated time and expertise. This is a professional commitment—both to your growth and to the coaching process. Please consider your readiness before booking, as refunds will not be issued.
If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations will be charged at the full session rate. Consistent communication ensures we can make the most of our time together and honor the integrity of this work.
How do I request Sliding-Scale Coaching?
We understand that financial circumstances can vary widely, and we’re committed to making coaching as accessible as possible. If you're experiencing financial hardship and would benefit from a reduced rate, you’re welcome to apply for our Sliding-Scale option.
We don’t require tax forms or extensive documentation. Instead, we ask that you provide a personal statement of need, including:
-
A little about your current financial situation
-
Why coaching feels important to you right now
-
What rate feels manageable and respectful of your circumstances
This is a trust-based system rooted in dignity, not proof. We simply ask that you be honest and thoughtful, so we can serve as many people as possible with integrity and care.
Do you accept insurance?
Seek is a private, pay-per-service coaching practice, and we do not bill through insurance. Coaching is distinct from therapy and is not typically covered by insurance providers.
We believe that investing in your growth, clarity, and well-being is a powerful step, and we’re committed to making that investment as accessible as possible. Our Sliding-Scale Coaching option and Pay-It-Forward Scholarship are available for those facing financial hardship.
If you have any questions about pricing or support options, we’re happy to talk through them with you.
Do you prescribe medication?
No. Seek is a coaching practice, not a medical or clinical service, and we do not prescribe medication. Our work focuses on mindset, lifestyle, personal growth, and wellness, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
If you’re seeking support for mental health conditions that may require medication, we encourage you to connect with a licensed healthcare provider. Coaching can be a wonderful complement to that care, offering clarity, structure, and encouragement along the way.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you're going. It’s future-focused, collaborative, and practical. Therapy often addresses deeper mental health concerns or past trauma. Coaching is not a substitute for clinical mental health care, but it can be a powerful complement.
Is Seek HIPAA compliant?
Lifestyle & Wellness Coaching is not subject to HIPAA regulations, as it does not constitute therapy or licensed mental health counseling. However, Seek has elevated the standard of practice in the field by using a HIPAA-compliant platform, SimplePractice, for all client communications. This commitment reflects our dedication to confidentiality, professionalism, and client trust.
What are your corporate refund and cancellation policies?
All coaching packages are non-refundable. When you invest in a package, you're securing a commitment of time, energy, and expertise toward your personal growth. This investment supports a process designed for sustained transformation, not quick fixes.
Please schedule your sessions within the agreed-upon timeframe. If you need to reschedule a session, we require at least one week’s notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations will be forfeited and counted toward your package total.
By purchasing a package, you acknowledge and accept these terms as part of our mutual commitment to the coaching process.

If I give to the Pay-It- Forward Scholarship, can I get a donation receipt?
No, Seek is a standard LLC and cannot issue a charitable donation receipt for tax deduction or IRS purposes.
However, you can partner with a fiscal sponsor that is a 501(c)(3) organization to donate directly to Seek on your behalf.
What might be the impact of my donation for a Pay-It- Forward Scholarship?
At Seek, we believe that everyone deserves support during life's most vulnerable seasons—regardless of financial circumstances. That’s why we created the Pay-It-Forward Scholarship, a fund that makes coaching accessible to individuals who deeply need guidance but can’t afford it right now.
Your gift could change a life. When you contribute to the Pay-It-Forward Scholarship, you’re doing more than covering the cost of a coaching session. You’re offering someone the gift of possibility.
Your generosity makes space for healing, confidence, and hope—at a time when someone needs it most. And the ripple effects? They reach far beyond one session. You’re helping someone rebuild their life, and in doing so, you're quietly changing the world.
Thank you for seeing the value in people, even when they can't yet afford to invest in themselves. Your donation can remain anonymous.
Is Seek a faith-based coaching practice? Will religion be part of my sessions?
Yes, Seek is rooted in faith-based values, which means our foundation is built on compassion, integrity, purpose, and service. These principles shape the way we hold space for clients: with deep respect, open-hearted listening, and a belief in your potential. The goal is not only self-improvement but also spiritual awakening, recognizing the divine within and embodying it in everyday life.
That said, your beliefs, background, and journey are always honored here. Coaching is tailored to you—not to a doctrine. Faith may come into the conversation if you choose to bring it in, but it will never be imposed or assumed.
Whether you come from a different faith tradition, are spiritual but not religious, or prefer a completely secular approach, you are fully welcome at Seek. This is a space for growth, not persuasion.
Everyone is accepted. Everyone is respected. Everyone belongs.
What if I need more support than coaching offers?
Coaching is a powerful tool for personal growth and forward movement, but it isn’t a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, or crisis care.
If at any point we believe your needs would be better served by a licensed mental health professional, medical provider, or specialized support service, we will gently and respectfully refer you to the appropriate resources. This comes from a heartfelt place because your well-being matters most.
At Seek, you're never alone, and seeking the right kind of support is a sign of strength.
Can I book Seek coaches for workshops or conferences?
Yes, Seek coaches are available for workshops, conferences, and group events. To explore options and view current rates, please visit the Packages & Pricing section located in the navigation menu.
