Individual Coaching

Commit and invest in your growth with ongoing personalized coaching offered in 50-minute sessions:

4 sessions over 1 month

6 sessions either weekly or bi-weekly to be used within 3 months

12 sessions at the frequency of your choice

Relationship Coaching

We offer 60- to 90-minute sessions:

Bi-weekly sessions

We make every effort to accommodate the size of your group, ranging from 2 to 50 individuals.

For larger groups, consider the workshop or conference options.

Speaking Engagements
& Workshops

Speaking engagements and workshop rates reflect the time, expertise, and intentional preparation we bring to each event. Every engagement is tailored to your audience and desired outcomes.

Base Rate Structure

Half-Day Workshop
(up to 3 hours)
Price: $1,500
Full-Day Workshop
(up to 6 hours)
Price: $2,500
Keynote or Talk
(up to 60 minutes)
Price: $1,000

What’s Included:

Pre-event planning call

Travel billed at cost

Workshop Booking Terms

50% deposit due at contract signing
Remainder due one week before the event
Cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice may incur a 25% fee

Refund Policy

At Seek, our coaching services are designed to be a meaningful investment in your growth and well-being. Because each session involves dedicated time, preparation, and presence, all purchases are non-refundable.

We encourage you to commit with clarity and intention and are happy to answer any questions beforehand to help you feel confident in your decision. Your investment reflects our shared commitment and the transformational work ahead.

If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be charged at the full session rate. Consistent communication ensures we can make the most of our time together and honor the integrity of this work.
